Susan has created and implemented successful brand awareness programs, orchestrated new product and company launch initiatives and developed community partnership programs for luxury businesses and ad agency clients in Richmond and across the U.S.
She has researched and written magazine articles, advertorials, direct mail pieces – both printed and electronic; articles for publication in jewelry and architectural and building trade industry publications; designed and executed graphic materials––annual reports, invitations, event and institutional brochures, posters, direct mail, evites, etc.; and created newsworthy special events.
In 2017, Susan was honored to receive the Metropolitan Business League of Richmond's Social Vision Award that recognized the community partnership program she developed for Schwarzschild Jewelers.
Susan is a member of the Metropolitan Business League, Richmond, Virginia, and a former professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She earned a dual Bachelors of Arts degree in public relations and magazine writing from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the School of Arts & Sciences/Maxwell School in Asian Studies, at Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
